How do I activate my subscription on my child’s tablet?

It’s straightforward. Just log in with your account on the other device, and you’re good to go.


I forgot the password. What can I do?

Don’t worry. You can easily recover your password directly from the app by selecting "I already have an account" and then "Forgot password", or from the Smart Tales account portal.


I paid for the subscription but the games are blocked

If you've signed up for a membership and are seeing blocked games, this is likely an error.
Open the Smart Tales app, go to settings, and click on "Restore purchases".

How can I sync devices using a Smart Tales account?

To sync devices, simply log into the same Smart Tales account on each device. All profiles and progress will be automatically synchronized.
