Can I try the app before I subscribe?
Yes. You can take a 7-day free trial. Subsequently, if the gaming experience has satisfied your child, you can subscribe to a monthly or annual subscription.
How does the trial period work?
The trial offers full access to all app features for a limited time without any commitment. You will be notified on the sixth day of the trial to make a decision about continuing. If you choose to continue, the subscription fee will automatically be charged at the end of the trial.
How many child accounts can I create?
You can create up to four different child profiles, allowing each child in your family to have a personalized learning experience.
Which devices is it compatible with?
The app is compatible with a wide range of devices, including iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. It is also available on large screens such as interactive whiteboards and tables through specific school and classroom licenses.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes, the app is designed to be used on up to five devices simultaneously. The subscription can be shared with family members by signing in with the same account on different devices.
How much does the subscription cost and how does it work?
You can take out a monthly subscription or a discounted annual subscription to get full access to all content. Once your purchase is confirmed, payment will be charged through your Apple or Google account. The subscription will automatically renew unless the renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the relevant period. The subscription price depends on the country of your store.
Why am I unable to use the free trial?

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for Smart Tales using the payment method linked to your Apple or Google Play account on your device.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can unsubscribe at any time via your Apple or Google account settings, at no additional cost. Below are the guidelines depending on the device you use:
Apple:
In the App Store, tap the "My Account" button or your profile photo at the top right, then click Subscriptions.
Select your Smart Tales subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
Google:
Open the Google Play app. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select your Smart Tales subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
Stripe:
Log in with your credentials on the Smart Tales account portal.
Click on the "Manage Subscription" button.
Cancel your subscription by clicking on the "Confirm" button.
How can I request a refund?
While we'd love to offer you an immediate refund, our payments are handled by some platforms which do not allow us to offer refunds directly.
You can follow the guidelines provided by your platform:
Apple: Use Apple’s official support page to request a refund.
Google: Visit Google Play support for information on refund requests.
